| 1. What size is the Townhouse? |
| Our Jamaica villa is 1670ft² of air conditioned living space. It has 4 bedrooms (2 master suites), 3 bathrooms and a Open space lounge /dining room leading to a patio to the rear of the home where you can relax on garden furntiure and enjoy the first or last rays of the gorgeous Florida sunshine . A fully stocked kitchen including appliances plus a laundry room with a washer and dryer are available providing you with all the comforts of home. |

| 2. What size are the beds? |

Groundfloor bedroom (en-suite) has a Queen size bed |

Master bedroom (en-suite) upstairs has a Super King size bed |
| |
2 Bedrooms with Twin beds that share the third bathroom |

| In addition there is a sofa bed located in the living room that transforms into a queen size bed |

| 3. Are linens and towels provided? |
All linens for the beds are provided. Towels are also priovided with some spare ones in linene cupborad upstairs
Pool towels are given to you on arrival at the pool area |

| 4. Do you have a local management company? |
Yes we are fortunate to have Save PM as our on site managers and have every confidence they will offer you a speedy and couteous service should the need arise for you to contact them

| 5. How do you get the keys to the Townhouse? |
| Regal Palms resort is operated similar to a hotel resort. You will need to check in at the front desk in order to pay for the resort fee. From there staff will direct you to our property where you will find a key located in a secure box outside the door .The owner of this home will give you the code to this box once payment has been completed . |

| 6. Toll Roads |
| Please be aware when travelling to the resort from the airport you will need to have change on you to pay the toll roads you may use. |

| 7. Trash Collection |
| Domestic waste is collected twice weekly from our home at 7 am on a Monday and a Thursday morning from the trash bin located to the rear of the property |

| 8. Do I need to pay extra for pool heat? |
No. The cost of pool heat is already covered in the daily resort fee charged per home ( NOT per person0 per night . The pool is heated to a wonderful 82 F throughout the year and is open from 8 am to 11 pm every night !!!!!!!!!!!!
Floatation devices are provided free of charge by this owner so feel free to ask. |

| 9.Is there a Games Room on site? |
| Yes. The Games Room is located in a spacious room off the lobby of the clubhouse and offers a variety of games popular with all ages including a Pool Table , an Air Hockey table , Gunfighter etc. These games are operated by tokens that start at $ 1 for 4 tokens |

| 10. Is Internet access provided? |
Absolutely . There is an air conditioned internet cafe with several workstations that guests are welcome to use for free for up to 15 minutes at a time
In addition to this Wireless internet ADSL Broadband Access is available free of charge 24 hours per day. |

| 11. Where on the Reosrt is your home located ? |
| As we were one of the very first people to invest in this beautiful resort our home is located in phase 1 of the resort just a hop skip and a jump from the Clubhouse and the Waterpark ( exactly a 2 minute walk ) |

| 13 .Is Smoking allowed in the home ? |
| No . For the comfort of all our guests , smokers are respectfully requested to use the patio only to smoke. |

| 14.Does the home have a phone ? |
| Yes. Calls to the home are routed via the switchboard although this owner advises guests to purphase a prepaid phone card when making calls as this works out much cheaper .Such cards can be purchased at The Publix Supermarket located just a pleasurable 8 minute walk away. |

| 15. What time is Check in ? |
Check in is usally at 4 pm if another guest is checking out that day. If my home is free I am happy for guests to check in as early as they want.
Check out is at 10 am but again owner willing to be flexible if overseas guests have a late flight and no other guest is due in that day
The resort functions like a hotel so check in is available 24 hours per day. |
